Nicki Minaj could be heading to our shores in 2019. The Anaconda rapper revealed on Twitter that she will “absolutely” be touring South Africa.
She made the comments after a tweep asked her joint tour with rapper Future will be making a stop in Mzansi.
“Nicki are you coming to South Africa for your tour would love to see you perform #QueenRadio,” the Twitter user asked.
Nicki responded: “Absolutely.”

The ‘NickiHndrxx’ International tour, which kicks-off on September 21, currently has no SA dates.
The tour only has North American dates for the rest of 2018 and will then head to Europe in 2019.
According to the tour’s website, it’s last stop is in Geneva on March 28.
But it looks like Nicki might be adding extra dates to the tour, which will hopefully include South Africa.
Nicki’s latest album, Queen, hit number one on iTunes in 81 countries when it was released on August 10.
She is the first rapper to achieve the feat.
If Nicki does come to South Africa, it won’t be her first time in the country.
The Grammy award-winning rapper performed in Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban during her ‘Pinkprint’ tour in 2016.
