The South African internet is abuzz with speculation surrounding the alleged romance between high-profile influencer Sarah Langa (32) and Springbok rugby player Sacha Feinberg-Mngomezulu (22). The rumours, fuelled by online sleuthing and social media posts, have ignited a debate about age gaps and celebrity relationships. While both Langa and Feinberg-Mngomezulu have vehemently denied any romantic involvement, the story continues to unfold with unexpected twists and turns.

Online investigators quickly noted that, of the 1,964 Instagram users Langa follows, Feinberg-Mngomezulu is the only Springbok player. This observation, coupled with the significant ten-year age difference between the pair, fuelled the rumour mill. Sacha, meanwhile, has quashed the rumours that he is dating Langa and according to News24, clarified that he’s “100 percent not dating” and barely knows Langa.
A fourth player entered the story when TikTok user jadalecordier claimed she had made the bracelet for Sacha and gave it to him.
She captioned a video on TikTok: “Admiring outside after finding out that @sachamngomezulu girlfriend is wearing the bracelet I made for him.”
Adding another layer of complexity, The South African published a photograph depicting Langa and Feinberg-Mngomezulu’s 27-year-old brother, Nathan, on a yacht. Nathan, known for his appearance on the British reality show Too Hot To Handle, became an unexpected participant in the unfolding narrative, leading some to speculate about a possible relationship between him and Langa instead.
However, Feinberg-Mngomezulu has categorically denied any romantic involvement with Langa. According to News24, he stated that he is "100 percent not dating" Langa and that he barely knows her. He clarified that he knows Langa through his brother, but their relationship is purely platonic. A close friend of Langa's corroborated this, stating, "She obviously will deny it, because of the age gap. I don't know when they met exactly or how long they have been dating because Sarah is quite secretive, understandably so."
A further twist emerged with the involvement of TikTok user jadalecordier, who claimed to have made the bracelet in question and gifted it to Feinberg-Mngomezulu.
