The Opportunity:
As our Digital Marketing Lead / Content Producer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our online presence and driving brand engagement. You will be responsible for creating compelling content, managing our social media platforms, and contributing to the overall marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with planning and maintaining a comprehensive content calendar.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across various platforms.
- Manage and optimize our social media presence on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Monitor industry trends, analyze engagement metrics, and identify opportunities to enhance brand awareness.
- Actively respond to comments and messages, fostering a strong community connection.
- Build and nurture our brand presence through consistent and engaging communication.
- Collaborate closely with our team, including coaches and event coordinators, to develop compelling content that showcases Arturf Padel Arena.
- Track and analyze platform analytics to identify areas for improvement and optimize reach.
- Ensure all content is meticulously reviewed and approved before publication.
- Contribute actively to the development and implementation of effective marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok growth strategies and best practices.
- Exceptional creative problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles.
- Proven ability to transform concepts into engaging content quickly and efficiently.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully enhancing brand awareness through digital marketing initiatives.
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills.
- Ability to thrive both as part of a collaborative team and independently.
