Prophet Bushiri in another fake miracle scandal, video goes viral on social media (WATCH)

A clip currently going viral on social media shows the incredible ability that Malawian charismatic pastor Shepherd Bushiri has to throw his congregants through the air with a single gesture.

The prophet is seen speaking in tongues before sending worshipers flying by just raising his right arm.

While the prophet himself would probably suggest that his powers come from a divine place, some on social media have a different interpretation.

“The level of acting here is magnificent!” said one commentator.

In particular, the gentlemen on the far right of the front row appears to put an impressive amount of energy into his leap of faith. However, several people who have seen the video clip and commented on our WhatsApp group as well as on our Social media pages say Prophet Bushiri faked this miracle and deliverance.

To support their ascertains, the guy on the far right is given as an example. He can clearly be seen trying hard to jump as high as possible, a clear indication that it could have been rehearsed or they were under instruction. These assumptions are seconded by a former member of Prophet Bushiri, equally powerful, who vehemently declares that Prophet Bushiri is faking his miracles, claims Bushiri himself did not directly deny, except to acknowledge that the accuser is a great woman of God he highly respects.

Bushiri’s Enlightened Christian Gathering Church is massively popular. The preacher has millions of followers across Southern Africa.

In April, it was reported that Bushiri is apparently making so much money from his churches in South Africa that he is able to send R15 million a month back to Malawi.

They allege the money leaves in vehicles including his private jet.

At the time, the Hawks confirmed that they had been investigating the pastor for money laundering, but cautioned that the case was in its early stages and could not divulge or confirm any details.

Early this month, a fellow prophetess accused Prophet Shepherd Bushiri Of Faking Prophecies.

Former ECG Church Member, Prophetess Precious and her husband who are people Bushiri says He Considers “man and woman of God” made headlines when they alleged that the Malawian born preacher fakes his miracles and prophecies to lure unsuspecting worshippers.

She wrote: "Last warning to ECG MEMBERS Who have promoted wickedness by supporting Major 1 in finding prophecies for him, helping him to steal money from people who need God, and if you’re a lady in ECG and you know that major 1 sleeps with you and pays you, and you’re promoting wickedness be warned, God is taking His place, there’s no Angel Gabriel who will tolerate such nonsense MAJOR 1 knows exactly what I’m saying very soon he will tell you how he does things THE WORLD WILL KNOW THAT GOD MUST BE RESPECTED NOT TOLERATED….

I have said it and I hope you’ve heard me! I’m not fighting, Major 1 must confess to the world that what he does is not true…God must take His place in the body of Christ, I Repeat!"

In a response to posts by Prophetess Precious, Bushiri wrote: ”To all my followers all over the world, this woman is a woman of God and she is under a great man of God whom I personally respect. Her attacks against our ministry are simply portraying a bad image of the great man of God she is now submitting to."

"I discourage every person from touching these great people as they are anointed by God Himself, despite her attacks against our church. I have always taught you the dangers of attacking people of God, and that, despite attacks from their side, we respect the anointing they carry, with high esteem," added Prophet Bushiri.
