Award-winning producer and DJ Master KG has finally addressed the swirling rumours linking him to a podcaster’s ex-girlfriend, Naquueda. The speculation, which spread rapidly across social media, prompted entertainment blogger Maphephandaba to reach out directly to the “Jerusalema” hitmaker for clarity.
In a series of messages shared on 4 March 2026, Master KG flatly denied any romantic involvement with Naquueda. “I’m not with this person in any way, man,” he wrote, adding, “There’s no exclusive. I’m not dating that girl. I sent you to show there’s not even a single DM.” Frustrated by the speed at which rumours spread, he urged, “People must send you proof. This thing of just starting rumours is not it”.

The rumours were reportedly fuelled by claims from an unnamed source who alleged that Naquueda had ended her relationship with her podcaster boyfriend, Bruce, for Master KG. The same source claimed that KG was spoiling her with expensive gifts, including the latest iPhones and lavish shopping sprees. However, Master KG’s direct denial appears to have put the speculation to rest—at least for now.

Mzansi’s social media users had a field day with the story, with some joking about Master KG’s supposed “type” and others questioning the credibility of his denials.
