If you didn't already know, Twitter can be one of the meanest places on the internet. We saw yet another reminder of this earlier this week when a local influencer tweeted Cassper Nyovest's Grade 10 report in a bid to make fun of the rapper.

Those who know Cassper Nyovest's life story will be well aware of the fact that the rapper never graduated from university, instead choosing to learn his lessons from the school of life (where he's passed with multiple distinctions and continues to thrive). However, some people took the opportunity to use his poor marks in high school as a stick with which to beat the rapper.

Popular Tweleb, Black Justice, led the way by sharing Cassper's report on Twitter and subsequently suggesting that the rapper's marks were dreadful:

He wasn't the only one, either. A number of critics and haters jumped on the band wagon and started making fun of Tsibip's grades. As you can see, he didn't exactly light things up in the classroom but that shouldn't be a reason to mock the man.

Cassper, to his great credit, didn't take this particular brand of trolling lying down. He hit back in classy fashion, first, by offering another type of report: his bank statement.

Nyovest further suggested that the document we were all seeing was actually not real, claiming that somebody had forged a fake report and was syndicating it online.

As for all the other trolls; Cassper Nyovest explained why he won't even give them the time of day when he said,

"I only ignore you trolls cause i know it affects my brand reputation. I could serve yall replies all day but it doesn't pay well. Im all about my money!!! If it hurts the money, let it go!!!!"

Do you think that the tweep was out of line for dissing Cassper for his school results from FIFTEEN years ago.
