Kaizer Chiefs star Khama Billiat reacted to xenophobic attacks by quoting an inspirational bible verse – Billiat shared the scripture and called on Africans to unite via social media – The post went viral, but some reacted in anger.
Kaizer Chiefs attacker Khama Billiat did his bit to counter xenophobia in the country by sharing an uplifting biblical scripture.
Billiat’s powerful message was shared via Twitter and included the hash tags, #SayNoToXenophobia and #africaweareone.
While Billiat’s message went viral, not everyone was singing his praises. A large number of tweeps supported the calls for unity, but others validated the recent attacks.
