1. Minimum 3 years reception experience
2. knowledge and experience in the motor vehicle repair and service industry would be an advantage
3. Manage bookings calendar
4. SA Citizen
5. Must have a Smart phone
6. Work overtime
7. Work on Saturdays


1. Attend to Switchboard

2. Maintain cleanliness of:
1. Reception area

2. Coffee station [ensure always stocked up]
3. Customer waiting area

3. Attend to customers via telephone, email & walk in
1. Bookings [plan and manage booking calendar]
2. Enquiry Quotes [source prices, compile quote, submit & follow up with customer]

3. Attend to Queries
4. Messages for Service Advisors & Manager [ensure messages attended to]
4. Receive booked in customers
5. Carry out pre-inspections on vehicles
6. Open Job cards on system

7. Assist Service Advisors & Manager
1. Sourcing part prices
2. Ordering parts
3. Capturing supplier invoices
4. Returning parts
5. Any miscellaneous tasks required

8. Attend to filing
1. Supplier invoices
2. Customer Invoices
3. General filing

9. Handover customer vehicles & receive payments
10. Allocate customer payments on system
11. Carry out courtesy calls
12. Monitor customer gift stock
13. Monitor office stationery
