Diary / travel (local / international)/ screening calls /other
Minutes
Designing Power Point Presentations
Updating / maintain sales-marketing reports
Organizing staff events
Quotes
To work with marketing budgets
Monthly newsletter (compile/design articles – other)
Social Media (inclusive of Facebook / LinkedIn / Twitter etc.)
Liaising with web designer to maintain same
Designing brochures/business cards and other
Ad hoc duties
APPLICANTS MUST HAVE
Senior Certificate / relevant tertiary education
Strong organisational skills and ability to work to deadlines
Be able to work within the realms of a technical environment
Able to compile, design and distribute monthly newsletter
Management of social media accounts
Designing of presentations
Working with budgets
Be proficient in excel, Powerpoint, word (WordPress adv.) / google ads
Own reliable transport
Have an excellent command in the English language
