We are on the lookout for a Customer Helpdesk Officer
Key areas of performance ( not limited to) :
Will be answering all calls, dealing with product related queries, and reverting to Customer Service and After Sales departments through to resolution. Will handle both telephonic and e mail queries.
The successful candidate will need to possess the following criteria :
Excellent command of the English language is key (bilingual with Afrikaans/other official African) language is preferred), accurate and strong typing skills as well as MS Word and Excel literacy are required. Our client requires individuals with strong telephone etiquette and listening skills with ability to focus, problem solve and negotiate when required.
Salary per month:
R15000 inclusive of Company Medical Aid and Provident Fund as well as Bonus annually
