Nigerian musician, David Adeleke better known as Davido, has arrested the two ladies, who wrongfully accused him of impregnating them.
The two ladies had last week taken to social media to call out the singer for impregnating one of them and refusing to accept responsibility.
The artiste denied this accusation vehemently and placed a N1m bounty on anyone with information that could lead to the arrest of the girls.
He also promised to sue them for N30bn in damages.
The two girls, who have done several posts on social media to say that they were only pranking the singer, were however, on Tuesday arrested at their apartment.
Acknowledging the arrest, Davido posted a picture of the girls on his Instagram page with the caption: “First to do no day pain.”
In April last year, the Nigerian superstar, Davido, tried his luck on South African celebrity and presenter-cum-musician,Boity Thulo, a move which resulted in a nasty confrontation at an up-market Harare hotel after the 30 Billion Concert held at the Harare International Conference Centre (HICC) in Zimbabwe.
It was in the early hours of a Sunday morning after a show that the two were said to have had a bad clash which left some of the five-star Meikles hotel furniture vandalised.
However, it is not really clear what started the clash but a grape vine version says Davido told Boity in an unconventional way that he wanted to get her in bed, something that did not go well with Boity.
It is then said Boity started throwing tantrums, shouting at Davido. A Zimbabwean wealthy socialite, Genius Kadungure reportedly tried to intervene and calm the situation down but Boity allegedly slapped him.
Reports are Davido was also manhandled by Boity during the fracas which made one of Davido’s members mad and he started threatening Boity telling her never to visit Nigeria.
A screen shot which later circulated on social media that narrates the incident read:
“Then Davido’s boy was like, I will kill you if you come to Nigeria, you are dead don’t even come. In fact my dad is very powerful man, I will make sure you don’t even pass by the airport,”
In return Boity said: “I don’t care about Nigeria.”
