A Nigerian man has sent a message to his fellow Nigerians
– He said that they need to be better
– He called out their recent violent behaviour against South African police
A Nigerian man has shared an impassioned message to his fellow countrymen. He advised them to stop fighting South Africans in their country and to realise that the country was not theirs. In a video being shared on social media, the man asks Nigerians to respect themselves and stop breaking South African laws.
The video was shared by Twitter user AdvBarryRoux and has received over 100 000 views.

The man went on to explain that he stayed in South Africa for six years before he faced any kind of xenophobia, and even then he was not directly affected because he didn't resort to violence. He says that those who feel wronged by South Africans should fight them legally. Social media users welcomed the man's statements.
