Ayanda Ncwane is determined to make sure that her beloved husband and gos pel star, Sfiso’s legacy lives on through a tell-all book. Sfiso died in December 2016 in a Johannesburg hospital of kidney failure.
Taking to Instagram on Sfiso’s birthday on Saturday, Ayanda revealed that fans could look forward to the book being released at the end of May.
“I cannot afford to send you any gift on this day but for the past 15 months I have decided to write a book about your life, our lives and the most untold truths about us. I know it was your wish of all times to tell your story and our story our way,” she said.
The book is entitled For The Love Of Sfiso Ncwane and will be available in book stores nationwide from 31 May
Ayanda described the day Sfiso was born as one of the most meaningful days of her life.
“21 April has to be one of the most meaningful dates in my lifetime. My soul mate was brought to this world. Aaah. What can I say, my very hope is that we shall continue with our fellowship and love in heaven someday. Thank goodness I celebrated his birthdays while he was with us. I love him forever,” she added.
Ayanda also said that she was grateful for the support she received during the annual celebrations in honour of Sfiso, which included a concert and a soccer tournament.
“I am truly thankful to the people of South Africa, especially UMthalume for holding my hands to press on and making sure Sfiso Ncwane’s legacy never fades away, through these initiatives,” she added.
