Many South Africans have had their fair share of bad experiences on the road, some of those road accidents have unfortunately led to a number deaths, and with the festive season approaching, we can only hope that we all become extra vigilant on the road for the sake of everyone.
A number of our entertainers just like all of us are also not exempt to all of the drama that happens on our roads.
Here are a few of our entertainers who have survived some of the unfortunate incidents that happen on the road.
In 2015, Khabonina was involved in a car accident in Johannesburg's CBD after celebrating her mother's birthday.
In December 2018, Tumi Morake and her family while on a trip to Sun City were involved in a head collision, although 10 passengers sustained injuries, it was reported that no one was seriously hurt.
The former Uzalo and Muvhango actress was involved in a car accident back in July, according to Daily Sun, the accident occurred at Umlazi's Mega City in Durban. It was further reported that the cause of the accident was because Nqobile was trying to avoid an individual who was drunk and jaywalking.
In 2015, radio personality – Chilli M and his family were involved in a horrific accident that sadly claimed the life of his daughter, Nkanyezi who was thrown out of the car and died on the scene. Chilli M's wife had lost control of the vehicle and swerved to avoid oncoming traffic which led to the child being flung outside of the car.
Nomzamo's accident wasn't as serious but it sure caused a lot of drama for the actress/activist. The only horrifying thing about this accident was all the negative publicity she received from the entire drama surrounding this car crash.
