An undated screengrab that has since gone viral on Twitter has raised eyebrows and brought the microblogging site to a standstill as staunch Sjava and Zamar’s followers continue to battle over rape allegations made by the latter late last year.
Sjava and Zamar can be heard on the voice clip arguing about a deleted song they were both working on and the lack of communication in their previous relationship where the “Love Is Blind” hitmaker, Lady Zamar repeatedly stated that all she ever wanted from her former lover was attention.
A Twitter hashtag #JusticeForSjava has since trended on the microblogging site , whereby steadfast Sjava fans are questioning Lady Zamar’s version of events pointing out “Loopholes” from the leaked voice clip of them arguing in a closed room as many are hoping that Zamar’s rape accusation was not a way to get his attention:- with the likes of Bhuti SFK Sithole, a music promoter detailing how in the year 2018 (a year after she was allegedly raped) Zamar was adamant at being placed in close proximity to Sjava making her allegations surreal as to “why she was so comfortable with her rapist”
According to Sunday World, the revered songbird, real name, Yamikani Janet Banda, opened the case at Lyttleton police station in Pretoria in November after taking to social media platforms and claiming that Sjava had sexually violated her.
Lady Zamar alleged that the incident took place at the Porche Villa Hotel after the pair had both performed at the Royal Heritage Festival in Venda, Limpopo, on September 9, 2017.
