Mzansi is furious with gqom queen, Babes Wodumo. This is after a video surfaced on social media of qgom singer performing Mampintsha's new track Khona Ingane Lay'ndlini.
Fans feel like Babes performing this song is a slap in the face to all those who stood by her when Mampintsha assaulted her a month ago.
Other users are starting to speculate that the whole thing may have just been a 'silly' PR stunt and that there may not have been any abuse in the first place.
People are staring to think that the assault video was staged and that the two were in on it.
After the assult video went viral, the two then opened cases against each other and many South African and a number of public personalities stood firmly behind Babes Wodumo.
Mampintsha has even went on to publicly apologize to Babes and the nation.
The public still awaits clarification from the two. But for now, it seems like they are both 'cancelled' by the public.
Does Babes Wodumo take what was done to her seriously? Does she respect those who went all out to stand by her and cancel Mampintsha? Does she understand that gender based violence and femicide are a real thing? https://t.co/gSe2vLcFAV
