You can either dry banana peels for making tea. You simply chop them up, put them in a single layer, and then dry them for about 6 hours maximum.

You can use the oven; switch on the oven to the lowest setting, which in most cases is around 170F. Place the chopped peels in a single layer inside the baking sheet.

Let them dry for about 2 to 3 hours, then turn them over the other side, wait for another 2 to 3 hours before removing them. So the total drying duration will be around 4 to 6 hours maximum.
