More controversy continues to unfold between the late gospel star who passed away on Monday morning,Sfiso Ncwane and his mother,Fikile Ncwane as what are believed to be last text messages Sfiso sent to his mother leaked.
“Should I die, first you must not come to my funeral and you can also keep the surname, Ncwane. I don’t want it anymore and I don’t care,” Sfiso wrote in an SMS conversation seen by the iMzansi.
The late gospel singer was in the news late last year when he bought a car said to be worth about R1.9 million Rands for his pastor.
Following the incident, his mother revealed that the singer never sends her money for food and that she is dying of hunger while her son spends millions on gifts.
Another SMS dated 2 November 2016 sent to his mother at 09:05am reads,”No matter what,I will never buy you anything, the more you tell the media the more I keep my pocket closed,I actually doubt if you’re my real mother looking at the way you treated me during my childhood”
”We failed as elders to solve this issue,it ended up growing too big for our shoes, they always had fights,we were always hoping for the best, thinking they will sit down as mother and son but it seems the grudge was growing daily,it’s no secret the nation already knows about our family conflicts, but they need to know more, particularly these last SMSes sent by Sfiso a couple of days before his death”,said a source from Ncwane’s family before he submitted the shocking messages to iMzansi.
The funeral for the gospel star will take place on Saturday, 10 December at Moses Mabhida Stadium, Durban. The event will start at 09:00.
Sfiso will then be buried at Heroes Acre Cemetery in KZN where Senzo Meyiwa was also buried.
Sfiso passed away on Monday after reported kidney failure.
